We make SURV for people who are tired of choking down electrolyte drinks that taste like sugar or stevia. We think one sip will tell you we did it differently — but if it doesn't, you shouldn't be out the money.
The promise
If you're not happy with your first order of SURV, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. No shipping the cans back, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email us at Support@drinksurv.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
The fine print
- The guarantee applies to your first order only, limited to one refund per customer or household.
- It covers one pack (your first 16- or 24-pack). Bulk or repeat orders aren't covered under the guarantee.
- For subscription orders, the guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. After that, you can skip or cancel anytime from your account (or by emailing us) — you won't be refunded for shipments you've already received.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse.
